DISTANCE AGREEMENT

The Seller of the goods offered on this online store www.audejudarbnica.lv (SIA Audēju darbnīca, Reg. No. 41203032739, legal address: Aizputes iela 3, Kuldīga, LV-3301, Latvia) on one side, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person (either physical or legal) placing the Order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other side, enter into the following Agreement:

PLACING AN ORDER, THE MOMENT THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT IS FORMED

The Buyer selects the product by choosing a specific product model and quantity.

BUYER'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

The Buyer has the right to purchase goods on www.audejudarbnica.lv in accordance with the procedures set forth in these Terms and Conditions.

SELLERS'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

The Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer's order without prior notice if the Buyer does not make payment for the goods within 10 (ten) working days and does not provide a reason.

DELIVERY AND PAYMENT TERMS

The prices of the products on www.audejudarbnica.lv are stated in euros, including the applicable VAT rate and any other applicable taxes, if any.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

- The Buyer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the product by sending a cancellation letter to the Seller’s email address: audeju.darbnica@gmail.com. A template for the cancellation letter is available here >>.

DATA HANDLING

By entering the required information and placing the order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree that the data provided will be used by the Seller to process the Buyer’s order and deliver the goods in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. By submitting the information, the Buyer agrees to receive notifications related to the processing of their order to the provided email address.

PRIVACY POLICY

Only relevant and necessary personal data is collected and processed for the purposes for which it is being processed – your first name, last name, email address, phone number, delivery address, delivery method, payment method, and payment information (including but not limited to bank account number), based on the Distance Agreement.
